Available content will include fanart and fanfiction off the bat. Additional categories (such as cosplay pics, short amvs, etc) may become available depending upon creator sign up responses. Creators may sign up for more than one media type, up to a maximum of two. One of the chosen media MUST be either art or fic, in case alternative types are not made available to the public.

For ease to the creators, all reward content will be kept digital. ABSOLUTELY NO AI ART IS ALLOWED. If a creator is caught using generative AI for their work, they will be immediately kicked from the program and the prompt will be given to someone else.

All versions of Trigun are welcome! This includes the 98 Anime, Badlands Rumble, Trimax, and Tristamp. Forms will include a section to let us know which iterations you are familiar with. Crossovers and AUs are also acceptable requests, but know that should no creators be knowledgeable in your proposed crossover series, you will be contacted and asked to pick a different prompt. It is best to stick to well known series for any crossover requests to avoid issues.

NSFW content may be available, but is not a guarantee. This will depend upon how many volunteers agree to be creators for such prompts. If there is proper support and involvement, then the option will be made public. If offered, please specify in your prompt forms whether you want your content to be SFW or NSFW for creator clarification. Cosplay photos, if available, cannot be NSFW. Due to the fact that this is a fundraiser, please refrain from requesting Dead Dove prompts. You don't have to be vanilla, but please keep it safe, sane, and consensual.

All pairings are welcome in this fundraiser, but please keep any content between Vash and Knives STRICTLY platonic. While we do not promote policing people’s ships and pairings, this is one we are not comfortable compromising on. Polyamorous ships are okay, but once again, please no direct romantic involvement between the twins. And, as always, non-ship content is allowed for any pairing!

This fundraiser is open to all ages. HOWEVER, there will be sections on each poll asking participants to state whether or not they are minors. Minors are not allowed to accept or request any NSFW prompts of any kind. Failure to comply with this rule, or evidence that someone has lied about their age, will result in immediate termination from the project.

NOTES ABOUT COSPLAY SUBMISSIONS: If you are requesting for a prompt in relation to a cosplay, we would like to remind you that all cosplay content is SFW ONLY! The only pairings available for cosplay photos are Milly/Meryl (for the whole event) and any combo of Milly/Meryl/Vash/Wolfwood (if submitted before 7/03 at the latest). These are all Trimax/98 characters. All pairings of other character versions must be done by TikTok duet. These duets follow the same rules as cosplay pictures. All pairing requests, regardless of if picture or video, must be not only SFW but also PG. Cosplayers involved are not comfortable doing more than hugging and equivalents, so no kissing. Most importantly, please keep cosplay requests simple, as cosplayers have limited props and location access. AGAIN, please keep requests SIMPLE for cosplayers!

Creator sign-up forms will be opened on Monday June 17th at 10 am EST and remain available for 1 week, ending at 10 pm EST that day, June 24th. Forms will include info such as what pairings, tropes, Trigun iterations, number of prompts, etc. that the person is willing to contribute. There will also be a section for dislikes and NOTPS. At the end of each sign up day, confirmation emails will be sent to those who apply, along with a link to the creator discord, where we can all keep in touch. There will be a three day gap between sign ups and the start of the donation period to ensure that mods can get in contact with all willing creators.

The donation period will start on Friday June 28th at 10 am EST and run for 3 weeks, once again ending at 10 pm EST on the final day, July 19th. Donators should direct all monetary contributions to the charity linked in our carrd (Care For Gaza). All donations should be screenshotted as proof of contribution. With this proof, please fill out one of our prompt/donation submission forms to be matched with a creator by the mods. Donors cannot choose who their creator will be.

Donation minimums start at $5 for SFW and raise to $8 for NSFW (if offered!). Higher donation amounts can receive more detailed rewards as requested by the donator, but please remember that this is a big project and creators may not be able to create full commission level pieces depending on final workload. There is no direct scale for donation vs final output but minimum donations will always receive at the very least a detailed sketch with color (for fanart) or a 1.5k word story (for fanfiction). Other mediums, if offered, TBD.

If a donor wishes to submit multiple prompts, this must be done by making multiple donations and filling out separate forms for each prompt in order to keep things organized for mods and creators.

Throughout the donation period, creators will be contacted via email (and only email, to keep things simple) to be matched by mods to donation prompts. Creators will have 2 days to respond to the email before the prompt is offered to another person. If a creator is uncomfortable with a prompt they are matched with, they have full power to refuse and ask for something else. The rejected prompt will then be given to a different creator instead who is more comfortable. Extra prompts, or those not easily matched, will be put up for grabs in the creator discord for people to volunteer for.

Once the donation period is over, the creation phase will begin the following day. This will start on Saturday July 20th and run for 3-4 weeks depending on workload. (Note for Creators: please don’t take on more than you can handle, there will be a section on your sign-up forms to specify the maximum number of prompts you feel you can comfortably take on. Should this ever change, or if you find you cannot complete all your prompts in the allotted time, please let mods know! We can work things around. Email or Discord can be used to reach us!) Should the fundraiser be extra successful, or if there are not enough prompts to go around to all creators, mods will consider extending the donation period by another week. This would push back the creation phase dates by a week as well. Donators will be made aware of any changes via social media.
